What is TruWisdom?
TruWisdom is in-depth, goal-driven and supportive development programs for organizations and individuals wanting to reach the next level. It is not your typical seminar or workshop. Our programs are specifically designed to support the participant in learning new skills and through change and adjustment. As we know, everyone begins at a different place in their life and must work through each new phase to reach the next. TruWisdom helps expedite that process to shorten the time frame to becoming a fully functioning individual who contributes to society through their work and life.

Who is right for TruWisdom?
TruWisdom programs help individuals with

• learning how to set and achieve goals and integrate them into their everyday life
• getting support from others as they transition
• help in dealing with change in their life
• assistance in finding direction in their life and career
• how to communicate better with others
• improving self-esteem issues and ending self-defeating behaviors that hold them back
• help in managing stress
•determining their true interests and skills
• help in dealing with their coworkers or others with whom they need to connect
• tools to resolve problems
•basic life management skills such as managing money, time, family, work, and more.

TruWisdom programs are delivered through interactive in-class activities with discussion, self-assessments, external assignments and Wisdom Circles™. Through interaction with our expert facilitators and other participants, participants will learn to not only develop, but follow through on their goals. TruWisdom is designed to give participants the confidence and skills to become more successful, productive and contributing members of society

How and why to refer participants to TruWisdom?
We know that everyone doesn’t reach adulthood with the same foundation and that by not having a basic foundation and plan for living it; it can be difficult to be a contributing member of society. TruWisdom, as part of its mission, desires to help our participants improve their life. By accomplishing that goal, we feel we can help the greater society solve the ongoing cycle of poverty, dependence, crime, and discrimination.

How your agency can help women transform through TruWisdom
We can provide the program, but we need help in bringing it to these individuals. Agencies who deal with people who need greater life and work support can help by referring individuals to the program (please contact us for criteria). We also need organizational, corporate, and individual sponsors to cover the cost of the program for each participant. Of course, there are rewards for sponsors such as advertising on our website and materials and more (please contact us for details).
